Trainer Pool

We hand pick trainers for each contract. Some trainers are great in larger groups and less comfortable in one-to-one situations. An outgoing, self-confident trainer will find our Warm-up course, with role-play and Impro-theatre, a joy to teach, whereas the quieter, less gregarious trainer will blossom in groups where participants need a quieter atmosphere in which they will develop their confidence.

We are all freelancers

We have trainers who are in Freiburg for a couple of years and others who'll stay a lot longer. Most trainers have a university qualification, but not all. You can be outstandingly qualified yet unable to form a close bond with your client, so qualifications aren't everything! We value spontaneity, empathy and the ability to connect with people.
